Introduction

Kashimpur Union is one of the 10 unions of Muktagachha upazila of Mymensingh district. Ritibahi No. 9 Kashimpur Union has become famous for its uniqueness in various fields including education, culture, religious ceremonies and sports.

Location, size, population:

Kashimpur Union is 19 km from Muktagachha upazila. Total area .30 square kilometers. Population: 346 (according to the 2001 census).

Borders:

 Ghoga Mankon Union No. 6 in the north. Formerly Kheurajani Union No. 10. Daogao No. 6 and Putijana Union No. 2 in the south. To the west are the Banar River and parts of the 8th Ghoga Union.
